These General Terms determine the contractual relationship between the client and the grestial.com site henceforth referred to as "website". The General Terms apply to all agreements between grestial.com and the customer concerning the services and products offered by grestial.com. Grestial.com considers that a customer is a person using the user ID and password regardless of whether the person concerned has a real right of access.

Prices and payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed, the current grestial.com price list shall apply to the calculation of the price of the corresponding product. These price lists are retrievable at any time by the customers of grestial.com within the grestial.com website at the customer management dashboard with their respective applications. Grestial.com reserves the right to adapt market prices and / or price trends. These price adjustments, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, may be adjusted without notice.

The time allowed for payment shall be 3 days from the billing. If the customer does not pay the payment within the prescribed period, grestial.com may cancel the agreement with immediate effect and without liability for damage without notice. In the event that payments are not made in time during the contract, grestial.com also has the right to exclude customer access to applications. Once all outstanding invoices have been paid, the services are still active in the customer.

Ethics of users / visitors / subscribers

The user / visitor / subscriber understands and accepts that, using the services of the website, it can be exposed to offensive, inappropriate or illegal content. Where the "website" receives notice that any content causes material damage or non-material harm to a third party, it reserves the right to immediately delete that content and at the same time terminate the operation of the user / guest / subscriber account, which is in breach of the terms of the present. Grestial.com is under no circumstances liable for consequential damages and lost profits. If, despite the precautions, grestial.com cannot fulfil its obligations as a result of force majeure, such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, unforeseen official attacks, technical failures due to third parties, the client is not entitled to award the execution for the duration of the event.

Grestial.com is not responsible for Internet abuse and related damage suffered by the customer through third parties, for security losses and failures of telecommunications networks of others and for the Internet or for operating and failures of applications and online platforms of grestial.com and third parties. Grestial.com does not assume any responsibility for the software of other providers or any links that are linked to ads and which make them redirect.

Limitation of liability

The "website" bears no responsibility for:
